This release includes many fixes to various aspects of Grabbags that were implemented during AMIA/DLF Hack Day 2021. This includes:

  • Less confusing error messages and reporting of successes
  • Accurate counting of things bagged and skipped
  • In CLI, user cannot choose options which don't make sense together (e.g., --no-system-files and --validate)
  • Updated Readme documentation
  • Additional code tests with over 80% coverage and overall cleaner code
