This adds download details for all releases. Brave isn't yet released, but as this was escalated we are making this page now.

right now, the content is hand-edited, though at least it isn't as bad as some who are doing it in straight-up html. Someone can try to make it more dynamic than that, but considering releases are already a week of paperwork, editing a yaml file on announcement isn't likely a huge add-on |

@adriancole The asc and sha512 files are not mirrored, so we still need to point these files to apache dist url https://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/zipkin/xxx. |

@WillemJiang slight qualification.. they are inconsistently mirrored! regardless the outcome is the same. I made a comment so that the next person working on the file doesn't delete the lines because mirroring works for them. Thanks @jcchavezs for the start on this #19 |

are making this page now.
