Private Message Commands
There are a few commands that can be sent in personal message to bot.
Use this to create a new group. After sending, the bot will ask you to select the required groups and join it. You need only permission to add users to the required groups. Also, creating a group and setting up the bot doesn't grant you any privileges, only admins of the assigned groups can tweak the settings. Please note that you can't create a group if the bot owner has not allowed (using environment variable ALLOW_CREATE) and creating a group where the bot is already watching the required groups is not allowed.
Shows you a list of common groups. You can select the group and join it or prove you are legit or just send any message to admins.
Sends a basic welcome message.
A settings panel is sent to you to tweak a group's property. It only shows you the common groups with the bot where you are an admin. In case if you are an admin and the bot is not aware of, ask an admin to launch /settings and select the respective group followed by clicking Update (a button).
