ARFS updated 2018.10.04

1.) Bug fix - frame number in template dmb applied to all dmb's, frame
number now set for each video

Future Updates

1.) Graphical user-interface (GUI) for easy selection of videos and
parameters
2.) Elimination of need to manually process any videos
3.) Elimination of need to drag .dmb's into registration software at
end
4.) Feedback system to automatically determine success of registration
and correction if errors occur
5.) Pipeline into automatic montaging
6.) Ensure functionality if python3 is default interpreter
