* Changed how the rc model calculation is carried out
* Refactored code to include the new class * Exposed the parameters of the thermal model to the JSON topology front end.
* Added code for manufacturer approach

Ideally, we would make the thermalModel variable nullable.
Currently, you always have to put in a thermalModel.
This is not ideal.
