Environment setup

1. Clone the repo with submodules: git clone --recursive https://github.com/augcog/ROAR-Junior-Racing
2. Flash code into your ESP32-CAM, remember to change the WiFi password. And note down the ip Address
3. Connect the wires following the schematic
