- Pixiv : Prevents scroll up to trigger a page refresh when reading vertical mangas using the site reader

- Downloader : When redownloading from scratch a book that's inside a "crowded" source folder (250 books), the book folder is now properly removed (and redownloaded inside a "non-crowded" source folder)
- Reader : Fix cached pages not loaded in certain circumstances
- Reader : Run page change background actions in I/O thread
- Reader : Stays on the same page when switching tabs on a book whose orientation has just been changed
- Gallery / Chapters creator : Fix cases where tapping the 1st page of a chapter would create a new one instead of removing it
- External library : Auto-import now tags new books with the name of their parent folders, as manual import does (NB : fix is not retroactive)
- Merging : Fix navigating from gallery screen to reader on books that have been merged at least twice (NB : needs a manual import)
