Description of changes:

• Socket unit file template
• Socket activation via environment variables in ggl-socket
• Sockets moved from /tmp/greengrass to /run/greengrass (except for ggipcd)
• Service unit file templates for each core-bus service
• Updates to recipe2unit and ggdeploymentd to handle running in a container
• Updates to dev container setup so that installing GGL works with only some configuration (i.e. copying in config.yaml and giving permissions to ggcore:ggcore to read device credentials)
