Description of changes:
I am adding description to create virtual environment before installing packages to the README.md files. This is a fix to the issue mentioned above.
There are three branches workload_replicator_fixes is branched from main, and make_setup_fix is branched from workload_replicator_fixes. I am merging this change to workload_replicator_fixes branch.
