Issue #277
Description of changes:
As the PL for the S3 gateway endpoint defined in the Network-Inspection RTs, we encountered an issue where traffic became blocked after passing through the firewall inspection. To resolve this, we updated the routing configuration and included the PL in the Network-Inspection-NAT RTs. It's worth noting that in the non-production VPC, there was a local S3 gateway already defined, and the RTs were configured to use that specific PL. However, in the production VPC, while routes were configured, there were no gateway endpoints established for S3 or DynamoDB.
