- Fixes reports and logging errors caused by team split
- Added Small/Large Team to missing dropdowns, pages, logs and reports
- Fixes daily and monthly task errors caused by team split
- Fixes Matches ratings and progressions tabs should no longer start at Team rating selected #340, now starts on Large Team
- Change remaining default game/rating types from "Team" to "Large Team"
