- used a better lifecycle aware component in composable functions and calling the right presenter functions for reaction to view being rendered and removed
- fix concurrency exception on root presenter cleanup on destroy
- fix nav controller exception randomly ocurring on app view setup (timing issue)
- improve logs usages
