Removing references to our old testnet (that still has important contracts and live demos) is a difficult process to break up into steps, especially when we have other urgent work to do.
In a perfect world, we would decide whether to deprecate or redeploy the testnet demo apps so we can remove all references to the old testnet and improve the DX for exploring what BOB can do. (Trust me, it's a mess right now helping curious devs navigate multiple links, bridges, addresses, faucets, etc.)
Until then, this PR aims to remove all references/links to the old testnet to stop new devs from being confused while also leaving old demo app pages up so users and BD can still reference them without asking dev to spend time redeploying.
