Fixes #39

This PR would modify TM Switcher to include a custom terminal emulator using Tauri and xterm.js and introduce a release process to automatically build this signed application bundle on pushes to the main with a version tag.

Functionality to regression test:

  • Connecting to Tournament Manager works as expected
  • Connecting to OBS works as expected
  • Reporting issues when exceptions are thrown works as expected
  • Connecting to ATEM switcher hardware works as expected
  • Release process works as expected
