Fix bug with the tutorial and new characters.

  • Blizzard reworked how these modes happen on the backend, and we have adapted to work with the new system.
  • Any time a character is without a spec, i.e. tutorials and/or fresh allied races, Blizzard is now treating these as spec "5" (weirdly enough)
