This PR aims at showing how the
NodeManagerWorker/NodeManagerrelationship should be implemented.Since the example taken is how
relaysrequests are implemented I seized the opportunity of this PR to do a pass of renamingForwardertoRelayso that we get a more align vocabulary across our crates.
