Doubling the CPU beyond 8vCPU doesn't seem to improve build time very much.

AMD64 compile goes from ±514s to ±407s, total docker build goes from ±13m35s to ±11m58s.

ARM64 compile goes from ±1020s to ±948s, total docker build goes from ±24m36s to ±23m21s.
