Distribute the rewards received from Kava Rise program. The rewards are received from Kava monthly, converted to GBYTE, and distributed among users who hold the tokens imported from Kava via the Counterstake bridges. These tokens contribute to Kava TVL on the export (Kava) side of the bridges.
