Log:

1. Update various packages and remove py-autopep8 for obsoleted reason.
2. Add make file and optimize make procedure.

Assets usage:

• entropy-emacs-extensions tarball of bzip2:

  The fully released of entropy-emacs-extensions with fully cloned
  submodules.

• entropy-emacs-packages tarball of bzip2:

  The built passed packages-archive for entropy-emacs, using it as
  the local melpa upstream with package.el.
