Daily Price Levels Indicator

Daily price levels indicator allows for a quick and easy way to plot price levels per symbol, per day. Unlike programmatically drawn lines, this will add "plots" to NinjaTrader 8.

With the data being available in plots we expose the following functionality:

• the price levels can be exposed to the rest of NinjaTrader (eg Market Analyzer, Custom Strategies, Alerts, etc)
• the price levels will work using Market Replay
