Known issues
The cartridge currently does not support payments that meet a risk rule configured in Checkout.com Hub. Any payments meet a risk rule are currently treated as standard payments in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
In some instances where there’s a failure in placing the order within SFCC, the subsequent auto capture for the payment is still triggered. It is advised that if order creation fails but payment has been taken to manually refund/void these payments within Checkout.com Hub. An improvement to handle this use case will be issued in the next release.
