Description

This updates the package for chocolatey-community-validations.extension
that has recently been released, and currently is going through the moderation process.

Motivation and Context

We want to use the latest version of the validation extension.

I was meaning to merge this yesterday, but it was forgotten about. I'll get this merged now.

btw @pauby, we may need to look into the failure related to adding comments on PRs. From the failure from the GHA it is missing the issue number when it is running.
