Update to latest AceEditor v1.4.6 and code refactor

This release updates AceEditor to latest v1.4.6 and many code refactor.
It also supports XhtmlString (see #7), thanks to @OMGPizzaGuy
Build is now support for both Episerver 10 & 11, no need to have separate branch.
