22w42a (crafter) and 22w43a (copper & tuff additions)

This PR adds support for the additions in Minecraft snapshots 22w42a and 22w43a. These include:

22w42a

• the Crafter, with its crafting and triggered block states as well as 12 different orientations

22w43a

• Copper doors and trapdoors
• Chiseled copper and copper grate blocks
• Copper bulbs, a light source which acts as a flip-flop and has lit and powered block states
• All waxed and oxidized variants of the new copper blocks
• Tuff stairs, slabs, and walls
• Tuff bricks, with stair, slab, and wall variants
• Polished tuff, with stair, slab, and wall variants
• Chiseled tuff and tuff bricks

The built-in material defaults have been updated to give copper-like properties to the new copper blocks and the proper emittance values for the copper bulbs, which decreases from 15 to 12 to 8 to 4 as the bulb oxidizes.

Nice! 🥳 The bulbs will look even better when we eventually add support for pbr textures, ie. specular maps.

Yeah, I'll add them to #1627 for emittance, but for specular we'll need something fancier
