Update scholar.py to help collecting citation statistics #87

Features added to do the following:

allow to specify the article by ID for which citing articles should be retrieved (-T flag)
allow retrieval of the articles citing the article ID passed in the command line
save all citing articles BiBTeX entries in a file

Download the bibtex file directly to a json file

Add the changlog

Can calculate the number of every journal and conference and show up

Can search the keywords of articles and make a presentation
