The old stable charts at https://kubernetes-charts.storage.googleapis.com/ are no longer available, and have been migrated to https://charts.helm.sh/stable

Changelog
Added a general deployment walkthrough to the main README to address #92. It has been tested with all 3 charts, and seems to work fine.
Updated the URL to the Helm stable repo, as the old one is no longer available.
