* removing defunct jhu signals, replacing deaths with nchs-mortality signal (new to dashboards), replacing cases with doctor-visits

* updated fallback/override signal for county-level hospital admissions

* fixing an ooooold 'units' bug

* temp disable of Overview widget & its import
