v0.1.1 - Add Artifact Hub annonations + update docs and dotenv template file

This is the first minor version in the v0.1 series. There's no changes in the base Docker image yet, nor any changes in the source files. Thus, this is just docs updates and adding Artifact Hub annotations.

• Add .github/FUNDING.yml for the Sponsor button
• Update .env.example file for Docker-based and Docker Compose instances
• Add Artifact Hub annonations for the web UI

v0.1.0 - Initial release

This is an initial release for our Helm Chart-slash-Docker image. For release changelog on code-server, please visit https://github.com/cdr/code-server/releases/tag/v3.10.2.

• Added checklist for new template maintainers as they craft their own deploy-code-server template in README.
• Added an Helm Chart for template maintainers to use and customize based on their needs and their cloud Kubernetes provider.
• Docs, docs, docs.

As usual, except bugs and issues as the development will be a bit faster (or slower depending on my schedule) before we reach the first stable, major version.
