[Feature] Added an alerting engine. Configure alerting rules and receive mails for errornous messages or invalid certificates.
[Feature] Added auto-refresh feature to automatically reload dashboard data in a user-defined interval.
[Improvement] Changed OAuth implementation for CPI api calls, to be more economical with the oauth tokens.
[Bugfix] Improved security material handling. Empty passwords could lead to crashes of the dashboard.
