Added a draft of the dashboard, including the heat map. Still need to create Tally component.
Added 3 dependencies:
styled-components
react-svgmt
react-tooltip
I do not know Sass or Material, but will refactor the styled-components when I learn them; at that time we can remove the styled-components dependency.
