Send files to the workshop environment

Sending files to your container

Once inside the Docker container, you will be in the /home/user/workshop directory. Any files you create or edit in that diurectory will become visible within your host machine's SMBE2024WORKSHOP directory. Likewise, any files you place in the SMBE2024WORKSHOP directory become available within the virtual machine.

This also means that any work you do to files in the container in the /home/user/workshop path will persist after you close down the container. So you can work on a notebook and save it, and when you reopen the container, the notebook will still be there.
