Converter of masks for multiple classes
The script is compatible with multiple classes. It includes the base of the mask_to_polygons converter, but it also adds the function that can convert the colors into the corresponding labels.
It should work with a single color/label as well.
The output .txt worked in yolov8, the same as your version.
