Add a step to the FCOS release checklist to add a link to the promotion PR as a comment to the issue. This will ensure we cross reference the promotion PR with the specific release issue that created it.

The bot mentions the issue in its PR message (coreos/fedora-coreos-config#3045) so it's linked but not explicitly. But I'm not opposed to making the link more explicit. |

You're right. I missed that part I suppose. I was just trying to ensure we have a good paper trail on the releases. I can close this out unless you think it's beneficial. |
