Description

Prepares store v1 x v0.52 rc, collections v1 rc, schema v1 and core/testing 0.0.1

Check the changes between last store (store v1):
git difftool store/v1.1.1..main -- store ':(exclude)store/v2

While store is tagged v1, due to its CometBFT and core dependencies, the latest version works effectively only with 0.52+ (or any Cosmos SDK version using CometBFT v1 and core v1).
