  1. fix hash for base image centos stream. 

    Containerfile uses hash instead of tag for the centos stream used as base for crc-cloud. This commit update the hash to the current one for latest

  2. increased command timeout, with newer bundles it seems we need some e… 

    …xtra time to run the commands to import he bundle as an AMI.

This commit will increase the default timeout up to 40m
