fix(homepage): fix homepage link issues + improve component scaling

Why this change was required?

• hamburger menu buttons did not link to anything
• homepage font scaled drastically upon different dimensions
• the resources icons (e.g. circles, notangles, jobsboard) were old and outdated
• sponsors section in homepage was unaligned
• purple spiral background was clipped at bigger dimensions
• Inaccessible font colour in About Us section on homepage
• spinning otter tanked SEO : - :

Changes

Fixed above issues plus made the following changes:

• footer responsiveness
• sponsors in homepage had a better UI designed but never properly linked
• bug in AboutUs page causing "hydration UI issue"
• new sponsors section padding was changed in mobile format
• removed animation with about us and events section as it was causing issues
