* Inhouse subtitle window testing *
Testing out inhouse subtitle windows for customization
using native api settings.
- Update Captions Window
     - Customize the Captions with various styles
     - Choose Font, Size, Format. Color, and background Color
     - Choose Read Up or Read down (for like showing at top of videos or below)
Caption Windows Improvements
Create requirements_dev.txt

Possible fix for #82 [needs testing]
