1. Incorporated most of the pull requests.
2. Went through and closed all issues.
3. Broke styles out into two files — one for the reset styles, one for everything else.
4. Added Windows 8, Twitter, and Facebook meta tags.

8. Added reminders to concatenate JS and create a custom Modernizr build
