By this milestone, we want the acquisition and analysis modules to enable the following:

  • Imaging ~100 correlative movies of phase + membrane (mScarlet, RAC1) and phase + nuclei (PCNA, H2B).
  • Acquire and view these data in a standardized data & metadata format.

We will debug and develop the acquisition and analysis modules through these experiments.
