work in progress...drafting code to:

make difficulty adjustments more like Bitcoin (every two weeks)
PoS / PoW scaling: factor in a balancing factor, to compare PoS and PoW difficulty when deciding what the best chain is. Instead of comparing by pure chainwork / block proof, the PoW work should first be multiplied by this factor, before doing the comparision. The goal is, that PoS blocks shall not be able to easily kick PoW blocks out of the way and vice versa.
