This pull request replaces the WPF based licenses control with an Avalonia version and also migrates the entire about view to Avalonia.
This is a first step to subsequently migrate more controls to Avalonia to be able to support MacOS and Linux (#18) as well as mobile and browser.
@jdelange22 it would be great if you could have a lot at the (minor) translation changes. Feel free to look at the rest of the changes as well.
