'set', 'unset', and 'check' operations

Add standalone support for the WorldCat Metadata API's set and unset operations (to modify the holdings status on existing records) and the check operation (to verify whether given OCLC record numbers have been merged or deleted).

Additionally, provide an option to save the log file in CSV format.
