Public release version

First release of cardinal featuring:

• Random query sampler
• Uncertainty based query sampler
• Diversity based query sampler
• Contradiction metrics
• Compatibility with scikit-learn and keras models
• Website with several examples

Early version

This is the first version of cardinAL, kept for backward compatibility purposes. The next version will feature a better interface for query samplers.
