This is a quick and dirty patch to add a progress bar for downloads. Closes #23.
I saw #126, and I understand wanting to refactor the code. However, this is pretty quick and painless way to improve the UI in the meantime, and I think it's a lot nicer than having the ever-scrolling log messages.
I can adjust the format to add back any of the previous logging information that isn't displayed anymore (e.g. cache usage, download/disk speed) if desired.
