docs: ui revamp

Description

Revamped the documentation UI using guidelines provided by the designer.

• Added tailwindcss support
• Ejected and reworked the Footer
• Replaced the font with Poppins
• Following the guidelines, improved some UI styles and buttons

NOTE: The pwa folder needs to be aligned with the new Desmos icon, please @RiccardoM have a look.

I've updated the PWA and Favicons to match the latest design. I've also added the SEO meta tags and fixed the theme not being set properly to dark. Ready to be merged.
