Added unit to the option

Background

I want to add unit to be shown after the number like follows:

In example above, the unit shall be Orang.

Explanation

My solution will be to add new option field to the setting and append the unit to the text.

This is technically ok, but I don't really understand the unit when it comes to Post Views. Unit is the number of views, what else could that be? Could you clarify please?

Hello,
I actually tried to make the viewer count to be more reader-friendly since reader in my blog does not particularly good with internet and website. Adding a unit could make them better understand what does the number means.

e.g. I want to show that the number represents how many people that view this particular posts. Saying Views: 100 is maybe enough. But having Views: 100 People could give more meaning.
