Spring release
- Replaced tsd with @types.
- Removed triple-slash references (
///<reference/>). - Implemented ES6 style coding.
- Replaced gulp with webpack.
- Added karma-typescript for unit testing.
- Removed minified files. Dist files will always be minified.
