What should this PR do?
Fixes the template generation once again based on the recent changes to the WWW/Community nav.
Also, removes the node-fetch usage as fetch has been a global in Node.js for a while now.
What are the acceptance criteria?
Template generation works as expected, content injected at the right point on the page.
