Convert complex MPS checkpoints

Configure

Install ALPS with Install MPS framework activated: ALPS_INSTALL_MPS_FRAMEWORK=ON
Configure with all options:

cmake -DALPS_DIR=$HOME/opt/alps-trunk/share/alps -DALPS_MPS_DIR=$HOME/opt/alps-trunk/share/alps ..
