DynamO 1.7 release

This release is the first where Windows and Mac OSX are supported.

All of the builds used for testing on each platform are available below; however, OSX and Linux have highly variable libraries and you may have to compile yourself!

The zip and msi/deb packages all contain the same thing. Just use whichever package/install method is most convenient to you.
